I bought 2 fuser kits for our HP printers. In the box it says to go to hp.com/recycle to print out a label to send the fuser back to recycle it. In the past I could do this but I see everyone on this board can not find where to print out a label. Just a simple we dont do recycling of fusers anymore would help. Before you tell me to go to a site test it yourself and see if you can print a label.
If there is a way to get a shipping label please share it with us.
Thanks

I am not able to print a label for a fuser:

Based on the info from the recycling page it does not appear that HP is accepting fuser kits anymore. Your 3rd party fuser kit may be posting out of date information on their products.
I see options for the following:
- ink and toner cartridges/drums
- large printheads or 3D printheads
However, you can try the drop off option if you happen to have one of these big box stores near by:

I'd give your store a call before you visit to see if they accept fuser kits.
