There are Vertical lines printing to the left side of each job.Seeking for root cause.Printing the cleaning page is done. Also found powder  surrouding (is it leakage?) in K & Y drums. But the tonner cartridges are recently installed.

Hi Alex,Sachin here,

Remove the ITB (intermediate transfer belt) and try to clean it of the excess toner, especially in its toner waste compartment.

As reported by the printer technician worked for my problem.Thank you very much..

Hi SachinCKadam,

Are these lines of a specific colour? Could you please upload a photo with the issue?

- Remove all toner cartridges and clean the spilled toner with a toner vacuum cleaner preferably.

- Check the toner collection unit if it full. If it is, then replace it with a new one.

- Remove the ITB (intermediate transfer belt) and try to clean it of the excess toner, especially in its toner waste compartment. Check if there is any bit stuck in that area that does not allow the blades to completely remove the excess toner.

I hope this may help,

Cheers!
