Product: HP CP1518ni Color Laserjet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have started to have black residue on the rightside of my printer output. How can I correct or eliminate this

problem.  Windows 7 does not support ToolBox FX and I have not found any other sofware tools to address print quality.

Print a document with color and see if only black is causing the issue. If it is only black then you need to replace the black toner cartridge.
