LaserJet Pro MFP M125a

I'm a new user of HP printers , unfortunelty I get many proplems with the printer and this disappointing me 😞 

My Model is : LaserJet Pro MFP M125a 

Connected Via : USB-Cable

 

I purchased it in 27/11/2016  .

 

it was working very well , with a very high Quality of printing. 

 

But From 3 days , I get a messege on the PC says " Black Cartridge Very low " and I get a orange light from one of the three lamps on the printer , so i understood that I should refill the toner ! 

 

So , I went to a man who provide a refilling serves for printers , he take the toner and cleaned it and refill it with solid ink .

 

but when i Went home and Set the toner in the printer , the orange light still exist !!!! and the messege on pc still exist !!!

 

But the most thing annoying is not the light !! but the Quality of printing is very Embarrassing , and this is a picture showing the different in qualities for printing a full black paper , before and after the proplem !!!

 

 

I asked some of my friends who purchased the same printer , they tell me they always refill it and they get no proplems as me ? so what should I do now ? 

 

The printer have a 9 month warranty , But how can I know where is the authorised Maintenance centers for HP in EGYPT ?

This clearly indicates that the issue is with the toners, We at HP does not recommend using refilled toners. 

 

Please go through the support website - 'Used or Counterfeit ink cartridge Detected' or 'Counterfeit ink cartridge Advisory' Error - Click here

 

I would personally suggest once the toners are low go ahead and purchase an HP toner for best quality.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you are facing print quality issues with your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125a.

 

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

 

This issue could occur if you are using refill cartridges. Hence, for good quality printing, I request you to use genuine HP cartridges only.

thank you for your help , 

I would ask you about the toners , the seller didn't mentioned that I should replace the cartridge toner every time the supplies level be very low (He Just mentioned that I should replace the cartridge toner every 5 refilling times !!!! ) , the cartridge only print 500 paper , that mean every 500 paper i should buy another toner for 850 L.E !!!!

did you know that every one cartridge toner cost equal 37% of the whole cost of the new printer ? 

did HP know that or not ? 

the stranger thing that when i went to the maintaince center to explain them my proplem ,  the man just say that i have to buy another drum for the printer and every thing will be ok !!!!!

Hi boss,

 

The print out u posted is reason why u print only 500 page. 

U need to know that HP toner ore any other Refill toner print certain number of pages per certain number of %.

Example; 

U use MFP M125 and this cartride print 1.500page in 5% page coverage. this mean if u print over 5% u will print less page, in the case u print below 5% u will print more.

In your case u print very high % page coverage and only 500 page. It does not matter if it was original ore refill.

 

Please check below for warranty which is given from HP when cartridge is very low.

My proposal for u;

 

If u print high number of page only in Black/ White dont use color printer. this will cost u a lot.

Buy only Black/White printer with high number of page. Initial cost for this will be more but after u will se the benefit.

Since my photo is not visible from unknow reason I will do like this;

Once an HP toner cartridge has reached Very Low. HP`s Premium Protection Warranty on that toner cartridge has ended.
