Print on both sides

Hi my friends i have a problem.

I have this printer, and its ok. But, when i like to print on both sides, one side is upside-down from other side. Can you help me my friends?
I try everything i know, to put short edge, long edge, rotate paper, but every time, one side is other that two side.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Have you tried printing from a different application?

What is happening is there is a two-sided option that allows you to switch between having to flip the page along the long edge or the short edge. If you go to where you selected your two-sided printing and change the printing to the other option, the second page will print with the correct orientation. 

Also, refer this article to further troubleshoot printing on both sides.
