Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I first display "What's Printing using the HP Utilities.  I cancel the file that's not being cleared after printing.  Eventually, a message displays saying that an error occured when printing and then it will proceed to print the other files in the queue.

Print Queue Reset

 

Try / Consider:

Restart print services and clear the print folder

 

  • Control Panel > icon view > Administrative Tools > Services >
  • Scroll down, find, andStop Print Spooler Service
  • Delete files from C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
  • Start Print Spooler Service
