Hello, @hegab – Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for reaching out! It is a great location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!

I understand that you are having issues while using your new D-link print server.

First off, when I checked the printer compatibility on this print server, it seems that the LaserJet 1102 is not supported.

Please check the DPR -1020 print server compatibility list.

Hence, I'd suggest you try using the direct USB connection or a compatible print server to work with the printer.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

Thank you and have a great day 🙂
