I just bought my printer 10min ago, trying to set it up and i'm receiving an error message:

PRINTER FAILURE

There is a problem with the printer or print system.

Turn the printer off, then on. If you continue to get this message, contact HP.

I have gone through the process from the HP website when this error occurs, but i can't seem to get rid of this problem.

Can anyone help?

I understand you need support, and I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I'll need more details:
