I have HP Color LaserJet CP 5225 printer.. I assigned an IP address to my printer after that I am able to access my printer on network easily, I want to know how to limited user can access my printer CP5225... currently every one access the printer and send there print easily... is there any way to assign password for limited user?

 

The inside password is not working for that!

Normally there is an access control option under security or an option under networking to restrict IP addresses but this model does not appear to support it according to the manual that I checked. That might have been changed and the manuals were not updated. Check those two areas of the embedded web server and if no option is available then you may be out of luck.
