Product: Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One of my users in my office has this problem with her Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw, where it will only print one page at a time with multiple page documents. It will print the entire document, but one page at a time with a gap of time in between prints. She is on  Dell OptiPlex 7010 running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. All the most recent updates are installed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and drivers, and it will work for some time, but it will suddenly start doing this again. She mentioned the last time was after a reboot. It does it despite being a word document, adobe pdf, excel spreadsheet, etc. Does anyone know a solution.

Which driver are you using? We have had best performance using the HP UPD driver instead of the product specific driver. Also if connecting via network make sure the driver is using a TCP/IP port and not a WSD port.

The client who uses this printer is the only person using it via USB not via network. You mention a specific driver to use, can you provide a link to it?
