I am trying to recycle my HP Laserjet cartridges.  There isn't an envelope in the box only a leaflet that tells me to order postage-paid return shipping materials from www.hp.com/recycle but that page is unresponsive.

How do I recycle my cartridges?

Stores like Office Max or Staples have recycle programs where they will take the cartridge.

I think that even give you some store credit, but you might have to use the credit on a future purchase of ink or toner.
