Product: Cp2025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I printed 20 pages in colour; after that task laptop could not find the printer ; i downloaded A New driver and printer started printing again but only in gray tones; A testpage asked on the printer is printer in colour; A testpage asked on the laptop is printer in gray; in the properties of the printer is mentioned “colour NO”; there i i can not change A setting

Hi,
Make sure the printer mode is set to Color:

Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Ensure the Printer Mode is set as Color rather than Automatic and check for any difference
