I appreciate all the effort.  However, the advice is getting too technical for my skill level. I had a local computer guy over this morning. He worked on it for 45 minutes and charged me $35.00.  I now can print wirelessly from all my devices. The only restriction is I need to have my device tuned to 2.4 Mgz.   Not a problem. He felt that because I had the printer set up in the states and then moved it to Mexico that several conflicts developed.  He says my printer can use either the 5 or the 2.4 connection but the modem blocks them from communicating or something like that.
