That looks a lot like either a corrupted file or a corrupted driver. First I would try printing a different document and if that looks fine, look closer at the problem document. If it prints the same for all documents then i would uninstall and then reinstall the printer driver. Data corruption can also happen from a defective cable, and yes they can fail.
