Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer feeds more than one paper at a time and the second paper get jammed in the printer.

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.

This could be that the paper feed Solenoid is sticky.Feeding 1 paper and then does not stop in time and feeds the next page.

You should have this cleaned and checked.Hope this will help.

I am A certified Copier Technician.
