The printer (which has been working wirelessly before) has lost connection to the router (wi-fi) for wireless printing and can not find the router when running "Wireless Wizard". Have rebooted the printer several times, but no luck connecting. Diagnostic Summary said the Network Name "failed". (I do have wireless connectivity with other devices). The Configuration Page says Wireless Status is Disconnected, and shows all zeros for the IP Address and the Subnet Mask.

Need suggestions on what to try next. Thanks.

Easy stuff first. Power off printer and router. Power on router wait 3 mins. Power on printer and check for connection to your routers SSID with password. Status?
