Product: Laser Jet Pro M252dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Can anyone help with a video showing how to clean the cartridge (I understand with soft cloth and alcohol) AND how to get it out. It is on the back of my printer. I do not see a "handle" to pull them all out with.
Thanks
Jackie

Printer has red streaks often means you have a bad magenta toner cartridge needed to be replaced.
Check the video on YouTube and learn from here. Hope it helps.
