Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer is seen by windows and then installs it automatically. But now it is an unspecified device and not a printer.

So the software printing routines do not see the printer.

Hi,

Download and extract its drivers manually from the Microsoft Update Catalog:

http://download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/driver/drvs/2012/12/20522205_dd3e171673a47d0526f...

Use any unarchiving software like Winrar or 7z to extract it to a folder.

Right-click the background area of Devices and Printer and select Device Manager.

Locate your printer under Printers or Other Devices, right-click it and select to update drivers and manually browse to the main extraction folder of the driver.

Complete the driver update and check for any difference.
