HP 5000 All In One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,

I am having a printer issue. We have a document that we printed a few weeks ago. Everything was fine up until the last few print jobs. Now when we go to print anything, that old print job is showing up on the back of the new print jobs. Any help to make this stop would be greatly appreciated. There is nothing in my print queue either, so it is not a stuck job.

Hi,

5000 All In One Is this really the model that you have?

I have to ask the obvious question but I’m sure you have looked on the blank papers that there is nothing on them on backside in the tray?

This old print job, is it faded or is it good quality?

It is an HP Envy 5052 All in One. No, lol, there is nothing on the paper when putting it in the printer. The jobs being printed on the back are perfect quality, just like if we were printing double sided. I am not sure what it going on. I will tell the whole story. About two months ago we printed out divorce papers. Now, when we try to print anything, the first page of the divorce papers are showing up on the back side of whatever we are printing.

Oh 😕 I don't know if I know the reason but maybe some other people might know.
Is it samething even if you print word or PDF?

It always does it, no matter what I am printing.
