Hi all

After every print, there is a smudge/mark similar to a fingerprint on the bottom of the page. It's not always in the same place but around the same area and always the same size.

Did the cleaning page and the diagnostics page and already replaced the toners and the drum but the issue is still there.

Any suggestions?

Based on your description of where the error occurs I would suggest that you remove the cartidges and look closely at the transfer belt as you will likely find something stuck to it.

if you've replaced the toner already i'd check for defects on the transfer belt or the fuser assembly

Many thanks, it was a bit of blue tag on the transfer belt.
