Printer not printing, Green light on

Hi

My printer has all of a sudden stopped printing.

Its only just 6 months old

The green light is permantly on ready to print,  i have managed to print off a Self Test/Configuration sheet but it wont print anything from my laptop.

I'v carried out unplugging it from the wall and its rear and shut down my laptop and restarted, iv also cleared print jobs that are there sitting.

Desperate for smeone to help me sort this out as I have business printing in urgent need of finishing.

How is the printer connected? If usb try plugging into another usb port on the computer. If network check to make sure you have communication where you can ping the ip address of the printer.

Yes I already tried another port and still nothing

strange how it printed the self test sheet but wont with anything else

is there anything i can try? would it help if i unistalled and reinstalled?

sorry meant to say its only a usb not wireless

All fixed I ran the Print & Scan Doctor and that has doen the trick
