Bought printer earlier this week.  Prints certain documents fine, while when printing others it will stop printing properly in the middle of a run, and sound like it is printing, only to not print anything then feed a blank page.  Once that happens, it takes an act of God to get it to print that document properly again (which did happen), only to have it stop after 15 more pages and begin the non-printing cycle again.

@Dndmrzio, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following-

  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Did you make any changes to the printer or the computer recently?
  • What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?

Meanwhile, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. For more information, go to Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
