Printer prints a small (unwanted) light colored rectangle once on page in same place every time. Lower left had corner. Almost like a very small piece of paper is stuck in printer and being copied on each page. No error messages show. All cartridges, including image drum, report as OK. No unwanted pieces of paper can be found in printer.
Is this a defect in the image drum? Hate to spend all that money on a new image drum if that is not the issue.
Other ideas?
