Printer prints a small (unwanted) light colored rectangle once on page in same place every time.  Lower left had corner.  Almost like a very small piece of paper is stuck in printer and being copied on each page.  No error messages show.  All cartridges, including image drum, report as OK.  No unwanted pieces of paper can be found in printer.

Is this a defect in the image drum?  Hate to spend all that money on a new image drum if that is not the issue.

Other ideas?

Greetings @jandr74,

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are facing an issue while printing, where you are getting a light colored rectangle on every page.

Don't worry, I will be glad to help.

Do you get the image when you make a copy as well?

Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of the print you are receiving?

Request you perform all the steps suggested in this HP article to fix any print quality issues with your printer.

Keep me posted.

See attached picture marked area.  This is a portion of entire page since entire page was too large a file to upload.  I tried other ideas on link but none fixed problem.

Thanks for your help.
