On every cleaning page it prints little colored blobs on the same place/location everytime. I think it has something to do with the roller, but can't get to it. Also, on regular printed pages from my computer in those same places it prints out words in black and white.

Any help is appreciated. I have also tried changing out all the toners and it doesn't help the problem.

Thank you

Shauna

Measure the distance between 2 blobs and if the distance is 57mm (2,24inch) then you have defective fuser.

If you have only one blob on each page then you might have defective transfer belt.

Wow. Thank you so much. It is 2.24 inches apart. Do you have any suggestions on fuser replacement?

It depends how handy you are with tools, but I would highly recommend getting printer professionally repaired.
