Product: 200 pro 252
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I saw many post regarding M251 however M252 is not seen. I have a problem with my M252 similar to M251, but i have seen some members are only willing to provide soultion to people over private emails.  How does HP forum accept this approach.

I assume that you are talking about resetting the printer. This information is restricted to be published. So that's why is only be sent by private messages.
