I upgraded to Windows 10 and now my HP printer will not print multiple pages. The printer is set to spool print documents. Thank you for any help!

I uninstalled everything related to my HP printer (in Device Manager: Printers and Print Queues) and searched my computer for everything related to my HP printer and deleted all that too. Then I reinstalled the drivers and software from the HP website. I updated Java too (I have no idea how much that has to do with my printing). I turned off my printer and unplugged it for a minute before turning it back on. I restarted my computer and now it seems to be printing normally. Praise the LORD!!

Hi,

Please use the following instructions to fix:

You may have to re-install software and drivers.

Regards.

Thank you. I uninstalled/reinstalled the HP software and driver. The good news is that I'm printing wirelessly, which I was unable to set up before. The bad news is that it still is not printing the entire job - it is now printing (2) pages only. I thought of going into the device manager and uninstalling the printer in the 'Printers' and the 'Print queues' and then restarting the computer, but I thought I'd better wait and come back to the forum. Any suggestions? Thanks, Todd
