Product: Office Jet4650
Operating System: Android 5.0 - 5.1.1 Lollipop
Office Jet4650 won't shut down and keeps spitting out blank pages. If I put it to sleep it turns right back on and continues to spit out blank pages. I've even tried to cut power to it in an effort to "reset" it to no avail. As soon as power is restored, it resumes.

Probably a driver issue. Disconnect the printer from the network, computer or wireless so only the power is connect. Turn the printer off and then back on. If it comes to ready and does not shoot out papers, the issue is the driver or the way the print job is being sent.
