HP Recommended

Our HP LaserJet MFP M140we wireless printer has a flashing exclamation mark. It will only print an error message - "A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print very soon unless the issue is resolved." We have spent hours trying to resolve this and got nowhere. Can anyone help please?
