I have tried everything to connect the printer to my network but nothing works. On the printer screen in the top right corner is the wi-fi signal and a little yellow triangle over it. When I try to print something it says that it is offline. I have restarted router, computer, printer and done everything that the online troubleshooting has suggested to no avail. Any ideas???

Thank you for posting on HP Forums, MKazi is at your service.
I understand that your HP Color LaserJet Pro M252 series printer does not connect to the wireless network. The wifi signal has a yellow triangle over it.
There are two models that fall under this printer series.
- HP Color LaserJet Pro M252n. (This is without a front panel screen).
- HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw. (This model has a front panel screen).
Since you mentioned about a screen in the printer, I'm assuming it is the HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw.
Following are the things to be considered to have a good wireless connection:
1. Make sure that the other computers are within the wireless range and that no obstacles block the signal. For most networks, the wireless range is within 30 m (100 ft) of the wireless access point.
2. Make sure that the product is turned on and in the ready state.
3. Turn off any third-party ƭirewalls on your computer.
4. Make sure that the wireless network is working correctly. 5. Make sure that your computer is working correctly. If necessary, restart the computer.
Let us run the wireless test by following the below steps:
If the wireless test passes, you may run the wireless setup wizard on the printer to have the printer connected to the wireless network:
-
On the printer control panel, touch the Connection Information icon (the icon might appear as Wired
or Wireless
depending on your current setup), and then touch Wireless Menu.
-
Touch Wireless Setup Wizard. The printer searches for available wireless networks.
-
Touch the name of your network, and then follow the instructions on the control panel to connect the printer to your wireless network.
In case the wifi signal has a yellow triangle over it, then you may reset the printer. This reset will completely restore the printer to its original factory condition.
A private message has been sent to you with the reset instructions.
I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Keep me posted for further assistance.
Good luck!
