Laser Jet M1217 nfw

I just changed the printer cartridge following the company's instructions on YouTube.  I am getting only blank pages when I print.  There are no error messages.  I tried unplugging it.  The printer is a Laser Jet M1217 nfw.

Considering the problem started after you swapped a cartridge I would contact your cartridge supplier for assistance.

You might have recieved a dud or missed a piece of packaging material somewhere.  In either case the cartridge supplier is the best place to start looking for help.    They should have someone available who can quickly walk you through the installation process as well as provide you with a replacement if that isnt the problem.

One way you can gain some leverage over the cartridge supplier is to plug the old cartridge back in.  If you can print a single page on the old catridge then you know the rest of the printer is not the problem.
