Product: Officejet Pro 6830 AiO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have re-set, hard re-set, cleaned cartridges, printer head, all of the usual instructions. Is it possible to get a replacement printer please? Your check for warranty app isn't working.

I understand that you are getting a printhead error on your printer and have tried a lot of troubleshooting steps on your own. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

 

Please refer to this HP Article, the issue you are facing is a hardware issue, request you contact our phone support for the service options available.
