Laserjet CM1312nfi
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our printer - CM1312nfi will not PRINT in color It's "Blue" is out of alignment so we get a faux 3d effect.  I could live with it not printing in color despite my 150 buck investment in toners ( I bought more thinking perhaps it was a cartridge issue ).

BUT...

Even if the item printed is simple Text the idiot thing keeps using the blue with the black.     I don't really see signs of the Magenta or Yellow.   In INKJET days this was caused by the printer being out of BLACK but desperately providing the user with their text documents while wasting all the colored inks to make black.

Let me add to the wierdness -- IF you COPY a black and white page, it comes out great.

Help??

Ps - Our history with El Psycho as the printer is called around the house has not been pretty but it was just too expensive an investment to give up.  It used to only respond to ONE computer on the network until the systems were rebooted, then it would allow another system to control it.  It also really isn't fond of MAC

Sonuds like that the cyan toner cartridge is defective and needed to be replaced but it'd better for you to post the document you printout here it'll be more clearly.

Do you use CM1312nfi with USB connected or network cable?
