Printing Envelopes

I am using Windows 7 and Office 2010.  Have wasted too much time trying to figure out how to address many

wedding invitations so am doing them by hand.

I have changed paper type to plain paper.  The printer used to print envelopes with no problems from my Contacts software.  Now it will not!

Hard reboot didn't work.

A couple of weeks ago, I posted a topic trying to troubleshoot how to print envelopes on my supervisor's HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M476 PCL 6 printer.  Several weeks went by and I wasn't notified of a response and when I came back online to look for the question, I couldn't even find it.  I'm working for a real estate agent as an assistant so it's really important that I figure out how to do this.

My issue is that I'm having trouble printing envelopes and soon I'm going to have to print cards and other smaller sized things in the printer (such as a card which is displayed).  The previous assistant showed me how to do it and it went well but I seem to be having issues a couple of weeks ago.

The printer would go into self-cleaning mode and nothing printed on the envelopes 99% of the time.  I'm going to try again today and will report on how I do later.  I wish I could remember all the details and I can't even find my post which had all the details.

I don't want my supervisor to have to pay a computer specialist to tell me something that should have been simple.  If anybody knows anything about printing envelopes or smaller sized papers in this printer please let me know.  I do need help.  This should be simple, but it's not.
