Product: PRO MFP M281fdw

I need help!

 

When my HP Color LaserJet PRO MFP M281fdw printer is printing papers, the ink makes tracks on the edges of the paper. Also, the powder from the ink seems to be spilling on to the door that opens for us to check the ink. 

 

I don't know what's causing this. It was purchased in the 12/12/2018.

 

Any suggestions?
