Printing issue, document wont print. it will print numbers on a single line on each page

Print requests dont print in english format but in jumbled symbols. it prints one line on a single paper taking all my paper from the paper tray

You driver is the wrong driver or it is corrupt. Suggest you turn the printer off. Now at the computer go to devices and printers and delete the printer. Now turn the computer off and back on and make sure the printer is no longer in devices and printers. Now turn the printer on and the computer should see the printer and attempt to reload. If it does see if it now works. If not report back for other instructions.
