If we have to call the HP phone support to order just 1 label, then why does it give the option to order from 1-75 when it doesn't let you select an individual number, and it assumes you have more than one cartridge and to select a box(es)?
I have the original box the cartridge came in - I just need 1 label. There should be an option to select 1 label in an instance like this.
I work at a business with multiple printers and someone had opened a cartridge box, used the toner, then put it back in the plastic sleeve in the box as if it was new; when I took it out, I thought someone had opened the wrong toner color, realized their mistake and put it back on the shelf to use. However, when I put it in my printer, a message popped up that it was a used toner. Whoever did it probably threw away the label and I've had a heck of a time trying to find one online that I can print and put on the cartridge box to return!

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want a return label to ship the cartridge. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
To order a return label for one cartridge may require one to one interaction with the HP Phone Support.
I suggest that you contact HP Phone Support for further assistance at the link: www.hp.com/contacthp
You have a good day ahead.
Cheers.

I agree with the OP - why doesn't HP have the option to print a single label online as opposed to
ordering an entire box that I do not need or having to phone in to get a label ? This is ridiculous - do
your managers want to save the planet and service your customers or not ?
