I'm having an issue with a Color LaserJet Pro M452dn. All prints have a roller-mark on them - I've attached a scan of the cleaning page. Does anyone know where I should be looking and what I should be cleaning/replacing? Several cleaning cycles did not seem to help much.

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.
Measure the distance between one spot and the next spot that is the same. This way we can determine what roller is causing the problem.Hope this helps.

Hi Jvelox,
Remove both the toner cartridge and the fuser and inspect their cylinder surfaces for any signs of damage. Replace the one that is obviously damaged.
I hope this may help you,
Cheers!
