I just unboxed my brand new MFP M280nw, and have just started setting it up. Still haven't connected it to any computers (will be Mac).
On printing the Demo Page, I noticed that the colors does not allign as they should. Or more specifically the magenta color seems to be wrong vertically about 0.5 mm - and perhaps slightly horisontally, too.
I've been through everything menu item in the printer to try to calibrate the colors, but it seems only to be possible to do with the black color.
I've searched the web and especially the HP support site for this issue, but found nothing remotely related.
Is this fixable in software, or will I have to return the printer for service? (Which in this case means I'll actually return the printer as received defective!)
Below are two demo printouts from the printer, and closeups of areas clearly showing this error.
Looking forward for feedback,

I ended up talking to the Danish HP service center, who immidiately send me a new Magenta toner cartridge.
After installing it, all problems were gone.
Thanks for the other suggestions what were send to me.

Hi @fsteff,
If after you have done 3 consecutive full calibrations, the issue persists then I would recommend to return your printer to its seller and get a new one. You are covered with warranty.
Cheers!
