Have just installed pcl6-x64-6.7.0.23989 driver for m,y P2015D and the duplex facility no longer works. Any answers?

For Information. I resolved my problem by changing the driver to a PS version.

Check the device settings in the printer properties of the driver and make sure that it shows that the printer actually has a duplexer installed. While this should be automatically detected it sometimes fails to do so.

It doesn't show a duplexer as being installed although did before th latest driver upgrade

Hi,
Make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:

Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.
