Hi! I hope someone can help me.
Since this morning, i was having trouble printing some files: printer stucked several times trying to print and then print a SPL error, code: 11-1112. I tried rebooting everything and also reinstalling drivers, softwares and updating windows.
It didn't work, so i tried to update firmware, i searched for this specific model and downloaded it firmware, followed the instructions: clicking menu and #1934, turning on F/W update in tech mode, and droping the .HD on the usblist2 file, it started to "printing" numbers on console and then stopped, it turned out that the printer displays an Image error and orders me to reboot it. I tried a couple of times more and happened the same (one of them with the error message "Machine busy, restart the machine"). Then i followed the instruction to press "cancel" as i restart the printer, it displayed "wait image" legend, so i tried to install again, but it keeps on "image error" display.
The problem now is...Now "wait image" display is stucked no matter what i do, not even what button i press, or reboot, unplugg it from the main source, usb or whatever, is still waiting for image. Please help me!

- The user is in the process of upgrading the printer's firmware. If a popup was received from Samsung Live Update, and the user agreed to update the firmware, or the user initiated a firmware upgrade manually from the corresponding computer - DO NOT turn Off the printer power until the firmware upgrade completes and closes. After the the firmware upgrade completes the printer should restart itself automatically.
- The Stop/Cancel button was pressed while the printer was powering on.If the Stop/Cancel button has been pressed, the printer enters the firmware upgrade mode and it is waiting for new firmware to be transmitted from the corresponding computer. If the user did not intend to upgrade the firmware at this time, unplug the network, or the USB cable, from the printer, turn the power Off, and then turn the power back On again. This activity should clear the error message.
