Product: Laser Jet M130a
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My HP LaserJet M130a is leaving back streaks on the page.

I am trying to print a cleaning page but the HP Utiliy software does not have any options for cleaning and alining. I cannot update my software. I have installed several versions of software and firmware on 2 different Mac computers. Neither have the tools that they are meant to have. It allows me to print a test page but the software is missing about half the tools of the screengrab I saw on the HP websites.

As per the user guide available here, printing a cleaning page using HP Software is only available for computers with Windows operating systems. You may use the steps available here to troubleshoot and resolve print quality issues.
