M521dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have strange problems with printing from Windows 10 x64 (1903 version) on printer M521dn firmware version 20190226 (connected over network), the problem is that I can send to printer two or three print jobs and no more, the next jobs are stuck in spooler and I cannot do anything with this cancel or resume. Only one resolution for this is to restart windows then situation happens again. Could anyone help me with that?

What driver are you using? If you have a Microsoft class driver installed that is likely part of the issue. Also the type of port you are using for the driver, Windows 10 loves to setup a WSD port, they are flaky. Download the current 6.8 UPD driver and install using a Standard TCP/IP port.

I'm using latest HP LaserJet Pro MFP M521 Series Full Software and Drivers 15.0.15328.475, but in printer management I see driver version 61.140.4.14138. Protocol: RAW, Raw Settings Port Number: 9100

Does UPD driver allow me to scan documents also?
