My printer will not print. When I am sending av document to print, it seems like the printer is receiving the document because it warms up, but it never start printing. Then the printer shows an orange light. What can be the problem?

You may be sending an empty print job to the printer due to a driver issue.  That would explain the printer activity but no physical printout.

Pause the print queue on the machine with the problem and then send a new job to the printer.  Observe the details in your "see what is printing" area.  There should be a value to show you the size of the converted print job before it goes to the printer.  If the value is 0KB then you know its an empty job and can apply driver or software fixes.

The orange light indicates a problem that needs attention. Most likely the paper type or size that the job is requiring is not what is loaded in the printer. If the printer is set to letter size and plain paper, but the print job is sending some other paper type or size, the printer won't try to print unless you remove and reload the paper to make it think it has the paper requested.
