Color Laserjet Pro m252n
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

hello everyone.

I am having difficulty on my Color Laserjet Pro m252n, i just changed my toners but the printer doesn't recognize.
printer was showing it is not compatible

I've tried out other toners with the same specs and model but still the printer cannot recognize.

I have still some old stocks left and i've tried it out and the printer recognized.

I've checked the production date of the old stocks i have which are working were made from Jan. 2018.

But the newer ones that i have which were from June and August 2018 are not working/recognized by the printer.

is it possible that the production dates might cause the problem?

FYI, all toners are genuine.

Can someone help me with this?

If they are OEM toners, contact HP technical support.  If cartridges are new you should be able to get them replaced under supplies warranty.
