We have a new Lenovo Yoga 11 laptop and it simply will not connect to our HP Deskjet 2540 printer, either wireless or via USB cable. Laptop is on Windows 10.
Can anyone help please. Other laptops have been set easily and are printing fine

I read your post and see that you are unable to install the printer on the one of the Laptops, by USB or the Wireless connection. I would like to help you out today.
Try these steps to see if it will resolve the issue. You will have to follow the Windows 8 documentation.

I have a Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro-1370 Laptop (Lenovo) with Windows 10. I have a HP Officejet pro 8620. The PC will no longer reconize the printer. Its on a wireless next work. What can I do? Lenovo says its a HP issue. It use to work. I think its a Windows 10 issure. I have updated the latest Windows version.

2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
