hallo,
Found myseft trying to fix this printer.
the machine is working. the "ON" button is with light. but, the screen is dead. not responding at all.
Tried hard reset but no secsess there...
Also,
No responding on the network connector (light) as well as the USB port. cannot see the printer in any computer. cannot find it.
The only indicator i have is a wierd red light above the network connector with "HEART" sign there.
Its light low red light.
please help me with this.

The heartbeat light tells you if there is a problem with the formatter or not. If it is not flashing steadily then there is an issue with the formatter. May be corrupted firmware but if you get no light at all on the control panel it is impossible to even update or reflash the firmware.

Hi Talbarami,
There are two lights on the formatter. One has a smiley symbol and the other has a heart symbol.
They both should be green and the heart should also be blinking steadily.
The smiley is an indication about the connection of the formatter to the ICB.
The heart is an indication about the health of the formatter board.
Red on the heart means there is a problem with the formatter.
Remove the formatter board, clean its contacts with a damp lint-free cloth, check its disk or eMMC if it is seated properly and put it back in correctly. If that won't work for you, you will have to replace the formatter.
