Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Help!  I have run the diagnostics on HP Smart, and have done a reset (unplugged for an hour and replugged in).    I can get a test print to go but cannot print any documents.  What's wrong?  Please help, I need to print soon.  Thanks.
