I am having this same issue - did the PQ troubleshooting and all of the pages came out blank (no color) while the main page is only black and white.

Well good timing because I think I got to the bottom of my issues (fingers crossed). One of the other reply’s suggested the solenoid in the transfer belt get stuck. I believe this was my problem but it was not resolved when I cleaned the old adhesive. The solenoid seems to have a little magnetism which holds the little catch down causing the prints to mess up and be only bLack. I put a piece of scotch tape on the solenoid between the catch and the bottom and it seemed to work. Make sure you re-engage the catch into the cog where you can see it is supposed to go. If the tape doesn’t work I am going to try a dot of hot glue.
