M477dn
macOS 10.14 Mojave

I have the same question, the M477dn has definitely a problem with the memory, I can't even print big size documents or powerpoints when I can print them easily to Konica. I am using MacBook Pro TouchBar 13" 16GB Ram i7CPU with Mojave OS and MS Office 2019. Today I have the issue with the Scanner that I have an error message on the printer screen saying: “Memory is low. Job canceled” and in the event log it's saying:

Code: 20.0002 -  Insufficient Scan Memory

Please fix this.

Hi ,

Thank you for visiting HP Support Forum.

May i know if you are seeing memory low on pc or on the printer screen.

Possible Causes:

•The current print job is very complex. For example, the document might contain complex graphics.

•The current print job might be utilizing downloaded fonts or macros.

•Printer memory might be taken up by permanantly stored fonts or macros"

Please refer the  Memory is Low document to Troubelshoot this issue.

Hope this helps
