Problem with reset admin password on mfp m725

Hi, I am having the same issue with a mfp m725 copier that I purchased off of craigslist.  This is the perfect machine for my home office, except I can't set up the scanning which is a huge component of my business.  Can you send me the administrator instructions as well - and any other advise that could help me set up the scanning?  I'm not sure if its possible or not, because the printiner is not hooked up to the internet, just my computer.

Unfortunately, this did not work.  Is there a way to reboot the system? perhaps it will only recognize the old admin code from the previous owner

If you are trying to set up Scan to Email or Scan to Network Folder, then you have to have an network connection, If printer is just connected to your computer, these features are not possible.

You should be able to set up a basic Scan to PC Folder using the full software package install obtained from HP.com

Performing a partial clean should wipe out any previous admin passwords.  Just google HP M725 partial clean.  Procedure is easy to follow,
